Coaching

Coaching is a process of self-discovery and development that can lead to spectacular results. The synergy of coaching, the connection that happens within this creative relationship between the coach and the person who is coached is very empowering! The coach accompanies the other person by asking questions and not giving advice, listening and not judging, so that in this safe space they can discover and learn more about their authentic self, which enables the movement into action, towards a more fulfilling life.

During my coaching sessions I always provide personalized attention to help each client to increase awareness regarding their personal values, strengths, emotions and abilities and how to use them and put them in service of their personal and professional growth.

Evolutionary Coaching is a values-based coaching approach. This offers a framework of human development and it gives an evolutionary perspective, allowing the person to discover their primary motivations (what is their most pressing current evolutionary need) as well their secondary motivations (what unmet needs they have that are holding them back).

Transformational Coaching stands for a holistic approach, where the person is regarded as a creative, resourceful and a whole being. Its purpose is less about setting goals and meeting objectives but more about transformation in the way a person thinks, feels and takes action.

In the transformational approach, an important role is played by raising awareness regarding the values, beliefs, norms, expectations and patterns of thinking, conscious and unconscious, which influence the well-being and performance.

Understanding your inner-self and making the changes at this level influence perceptions of reality, behaviors, and the outcomes.

Executive coaching is addressed to seniors executives, leaders, managers and high potential individuals.

“Executive coaching is defined as a helping relationship formed between a client who has managerial authority and responsibility in an organization and a consultant who uses a wide variety of behavioral techniques and methods to assist the client achieve a mutually identified set of goals to improve his or her professional performance and personal satisfaction and consequently to improve the effectiveness of the client’s organization within a formally defined coaching agreement.“
